1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Kameti mobile application (Package Name: com.danerp.kameti) or website (https://kameti.app/), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.

2. Description of Service

Kameti provides a digital record-keeping and committee tracking platform designed to assist users in managing informal Rotating Savings and Credit Associations (ROSCA / Kameti / Committee). The service includes features such as digital ledger records, member tracking, draw schedules, and automated payment reminders.

Important Disclaimer: Kameti is strictly a ledger management and organizing tool. Kameti is not a financial institution, bank, payment processor, or money transfer provider. Users are solely responsible for handling their financial transactions independently.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

  • You must provide accurate information when registering your phone number and creating your profile.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and phone verification OTPs.
  • Committee organizers (admins) and members are responsible for establishing mutual trust and verifying payment transfers independently.
  • You agree not to use the application for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kameti and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Disputes or financial default between committee organizers and members.
  • Errors, inaccuracies, or delays in manual ledger data entered by users.
  • Temporary interruption or downtime of app services.

5. Intellectual Property

The Kameti app, including its logo, design, source code, visual branding, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Kameti and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Termination & Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
